About The Position

As a Personal Carer Domestic, you will provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. This involves spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes to support them with daily activities. You will also provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and ironing, as well as transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments. The role encourages creativity and enjoyment while contributing to the success of one of Australia's most trusted community and residential care providers.

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation & laundry and ironing
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
• Complete scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
