Requirements

  • Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Caregiver, HCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus
  • New caregivers are encouraged to apply; paid training available

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout the home
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Accompanying clients on walks and community outings
  • Monitoring changes in client condition and reporting concerns
  • Supporting family members with updates and communication
