About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for dedicated Personal Caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality in-home care. Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a heart for service

Nice To Haves

• HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required—we pay for Caregiver training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Support clients in homes while maintaining safety, dignity, and independence
• Work as a trusted Caregiver in a variety of shifts based on client needs
