The exciting opportunity Join the team at our homely 61 bed aged care facility in South Grafton Choice to work casual or permanent part-time with predominantly mornings and afternoon shifts available.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
- Flexible, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
- Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship is not available)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care
