About The Position

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is growing and seeking an experienced and hands-on Personal Care Home Administrator to lead the daily operations and management of two of their newest Personal Care Facilities: Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge and Concordia at SpiriTrust - Gettysburg. As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you will oversee all departments of the personal care facilities and play a direct role in improving the lives of the residents each day.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License or Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing
• Seasoned and organized leader
• Experience with regulatory compliance
• Commitment to caring for the elderly

Nice To Haves

• Budget and monthly financial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations
• Provide supervision to caregiving team members providing care to residents
• Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility
• Manage revenue and expenses according to budget
• Promote a culture of compassionate, quality care for our residents
• Establish trusting relationships with residents and their families
