Personal Care CNA - Bathing & Dining Focus, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and residents by providing individualized bathing and dining experiences and social care. Requirements

Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA duties
Passion for patient care and helping others
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical, emotional, and social support to patients and residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including: Bathing, Feeding, Toileting, Dressing, Grooming, Transferring and mobility assistance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
Record vital signs and weights, as directed
Assist with specimen collection as directed
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Support a positive, healing environment through compassionate care and excellent customer service
