About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or healthcare role is an asset.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitor client’s condition and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by medical professionals.
- Document care and services provided accurately and timely.
