About The Position

Bios Health is an employee-owned company (ESOP) hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As an employee-owned company, our employees have the opportunity to share in the success and growth of the company. No PCA or CNA certification is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance in your name
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily activities and personal care
• Helping customers safely move around their home
• Providing companionship and support
• Transportation when needed
• Following each customers individualized Plan of Care
• Documenting services provided
• Communicating with customers, families, and supervisors
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
