About The Position

Mount Pleasant Home is a rest home (residential care home) providing care to residents ages 62+. We are a cozy, family-oriented community servicing around 60 residents. Our Personal Care Attendants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Requirements

• A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
• English proficiency required (written and oral)

Nice To Haves

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with medication administration (medication certified)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities
