About The Position

We are looking for the best PCAs in Blanco, TX, and surrounding areas, to work in Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Lampasas, Llano, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Burnet and surrounding areas, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home
• PCA MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!
• Valid DL required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
