About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) in Texas to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the opportunity to build one-on-one patient relationships and enhance clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling individuals to balance work with other commitments such as school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Enhance clients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind
- Perform skilled transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with range of motion exercises
- Assist with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
