About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. As a family-owned agency, we prioritize and support our caregivers. This role offers a flexible schedule, free training and certification, and the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives.
Requirements
- Own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
