About The Position
Sharp Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities. PCAs promote comfort, safety, and independence for clients. Schedules vary based on client needs and caregiver availability, with assignments available during morning, afternoon, and weekend hours. Pay ranges from $16.70 to $18.50 per hour, depending on the client.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Provide companionship and positive social interaction
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
- Follow individualized care plans while completing required documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care team
