About The Position
Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Crosby Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children, adults, and seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes. We are currently seeking reliable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection.
- Build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
