About The Position
Sevita is seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join their team as Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. You will have the opportunity to help participants grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships and supporting their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist people with their personal hygiene.

- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
