About The Position

Sharp Home Care is growing and is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors and adults in Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities. We are especially interested in caregivers who are available to work weekends. Weekend availability is a priority, with additional opportunities for morning, overnight, and PRN assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Direct Support Professional, or in assisted living, home care, or healthcare
• Reliable transportation with dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Offer companionship and meaningful social support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Sharp Home Care team
