About The Position
We’re looking for reliable, caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). This role is focused on helping older adults stay comfortable and supported throughout their day in a welcoming, community-based environment. This is not a highly medical role—we’re primarily looking for someone who enjoys helping with everyday tasks and being a friendly, dependable presence.
Requirements
- Dependable and positive attitude
- Enjoy working with older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in caregiving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with light housekeeping (tidying common areas, keeping spaces clean and organized)
- Help with laundry for participants as needed
- Support basic meal prep and kitchen assistance
- Provide friendly companionship and help with daily routines
- Assist with group activities and general day-to-day support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone
