About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team in the Leominster area. This role involves helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling, including short-hour shifts, 'mom hours', school hours, and summer part-time options, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your life. Daily pay is available, and you can start working as soon as this week.
Requirements
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
