Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a PCA preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client care and report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition guidance.
