Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Six months of experience in a similar caregiving role or comparable personal caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, skin and nail care, and meal assistance
- Providing medication reminders
- Encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Supporting clients' independence while treating them with dignity and respect
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
