Magnolias of Lancaster is hiring a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our compassionate senior living team. If you're caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you! Make a difference every day by helping seniors live their best lives.
Requirements
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- CPR certification preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, respectful care
- Promote resident safety and independence
- Work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional care
