About The Position
Join Senior Helpers of Milford as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This position offers a more relaxed environment compared to facility work and focuses on providing one-on-one care. We are hiring PCAs in various Massachusetts communities including Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, and Wrentham.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.

- Ability to pass a CORI background check.
- Dependable, caring, and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run errands and provide transportation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Monitor clients' well-being and communicate any changes to the office.
- Follow each client's personalized care plan.
