About The Position

We currently have openings on the morning shift (6:30am-2:30pm) and the evening shift (2:30-10:30pm). Are you a compassionate caregiver who wants to make a difference in someone’s daily life? Join our supportive and friendly team providing non-medical care to individuals in their homes. We’re hiring Unlicensed Personnel (ULPs) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Caring attitude and desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but not required. We will train compassionate individuals who are reliable and eager to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Medication administration.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
• Support independence and personal goals.
• Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.
