About The Position

Clarity Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Personal Care Assistants. This role is focused on helping individuals in the community be their best selves by providing quality of life. The position involves hands-on caregiving and working one-on-one with clients. Clarity Care is a nonprofit organization dedicated to its mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Meet agency driving standards.
• Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Enjoys Traveling.
• Likes Working 1 on 1.
• People Person.
• Likes Community Involvement.
• Compassion to Assist others.
• Desire to Make A Difference.
