Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Good communication skills
- Dependable, arrive on time and follow through
- Caring heart and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience as PCA/HHA preferred, but if you're newly trained, we will support you every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing and meals
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home with light housekeeping, laundry and errands
- Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
- Record and share updates about your client’s condition so the care team stays in sync
- Follow care plans and routines that keep clients active, engaged, and feeling their best
