Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA is preferred.
Prior experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic understanding of healthcare practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
Help with light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe environment.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Support mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental stimulation.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of clients at all times.
