As a PCA, you’ll coordinate with the program managers to ensure our clients receive the best care possible. In addition to coordinating the client’s needs, You will be able to utilize your experience by coaching and developing others. Your goal is to provide clients with the support necessary to remain in his/her own home and be as independent as possible while maintaining the highest quality of life possible. Requirements

Availability to work
Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, & Auto Insurance
High School Diploma
Successfully cleared drug & criminal background screening
Ability to work 2 weekends/month on a team-based rotation
CNA License (current or expired) OR 1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCA OR Completion of PCA Training Program
