About The Position

UniversaCare is hiring a personal care assistant to provide care to clients in their own homes in Danbury and nearby towns, Connecticut. This is a field position where you will travel to clients' homes, not work in an office. The pay rate is $16.94 to $25 per hour, with both part-time and full-time schedules available.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience is preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role

Responsibilities

• Help clients at home with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and go with clients to appointments
• Follow each client’s care plan and report changes to the office
