About The Position
Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes. You’ll help clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and daily routines through personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, errands, and companionship.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Personal Care Homemaker (PCHM) Certificate required
- Valid Driver’s License held for at least 12 months and reliable vehicle required
- Must pass required background checks
- Dependable, compassionate, organized, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Previous personal care or caregiving experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and other activities of daily living
- Cleaning, laundry, organizing, and light household tasks
- Meal preparation and meal planning
- Grocery shopping, errands, and essential household needs
- Provide companionship and support with daily routines
- Document services using a mobile device
- Communicate concerns or changes to appropriate team members
