About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Romulus, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Ability to pass background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help with mobility and transferring to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Make sure to complete your visit for the day.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Follow care plans and uphold all Company policies and procedures.
