About The Position

We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with residents and have the desire to advance their skill set. A STNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center. The ideal candidate must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Must also have patience, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. This program offers a sponsorship to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with guaranteed full-time or part-time opportunities upon completion. The program has limited spots available and requires commitment to attend class schedules and meet training program criteria.

Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights.
Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet the training program criteria.
Must be available to attend class as assigned and agreed upon.
Must commit to a Full-time or Part-time position for one year upon completion of the program.
Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
Must have excellent attendance and work history.

Nice To Haves

First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities
