Personal Care Assistant - PCA
About The Position
Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. (CNS) is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to give back to those who have served our nation, including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers. CNS specializes in providing home health care to help clients remain independent and live comfortably in their own homes. This position involves one-on-one patient care in the privacy of the patient's home, allowing for more dedicated time to build rapport and deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current BLS Hands On Certification
- TB Test - Company will cover charges if it is not updated
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to individuals in their home.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
