About The Position

Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. (CNS) is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide direct care to individuals in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of veterans, injured workers, and former energy workers, enabling them to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. CNS specializes in providing unparalleled home health care to the American Workforce.

Requirements

• Experience with in-home caregiving is a must.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• TB Test (Company will cover charges if it is not updated).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to individuals in their home.
• Perform meal preparation and housekeeping duties.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
