Requirements

Proficient in cooking and meal preparation, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need.
Knowledgeable in basic nursing principles and practices, ensuring proper care delivery.
Experienced in assisted living or senior care settings, understanding the unique needs of elderly individuals.
Familiar with medical records documentation and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and client well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals that align with dietary restrictions and preferences.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Safely assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and assistive devices.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
