About The Position
Right at Home Boston and Maine is urgently hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers in the Haverhill area due to immediate client needs. They are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join their team. Caregiver experience is a plus but not required; training and support will be provided to dependable, kind, and passionate individuals.
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate personality
- Reliability and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
Nice To Haves
- Caregiver experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living needs
- Providing companionship
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing medication reminders
- Following the client’s care plan
- Communicating any changes or concerns to the office team
