About The Position
K-12 Therapy is seeking an experienced in-home Personal Care Assistant to function as an Instructional Aide for an Autistic child attending a cyber school program. The student requires 25 hours of aide per week during his school day. This position will extend throughout the summer and into the next school year. This role is ideal for a long-term Substitute Teacher.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Must have current FBI/BCI and child abuse clearances.
- Must have child abuse reporting training.
- Must have at least 60 college credits or an associate's degree.

- Experience working with Autistic children.
- Experience as a Substitute Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care assistance.
- Function as an instructional aide to an Autistic child in a cyber school program.
- Support the student during their school day for 25 hours per week.
Benefits
- Starting pay of $27.00 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate.
