About The Position

This role involves providing direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, responding to needs, encouraging engagement in activities, documenting progress, and maintaining a clean environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Driver's License Required for most positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
• Calm, passionate and collected demeanor in complex and challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
• Respond to medical or behavioral needs following established procedures
• Encourage individuals to engage in social, recreational, and skill building activities
• Document individual progress of goals, incidents/observations and interventions in individual portal
• Light housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Sign on Bonus: Up to $2000 for full time and Up to $600 for part time
• An extra $2.00 per hour for weekend premium pay (from Friday 3pm to Monday 9am)
