About The Position

We are Right at Home, an established and fast paced home-care agency located in Alpharetta. We are currently seeking caregivers to join our dynamic team especially those interested in our full time, part time and live-in opportunities. Our caregivers are expected to perform a variety of duties that support the day to day needs of our clients. The CNA/PCA will provide the highest quality of care to Right at Home clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure client’s needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current Georgia CNA Certification or HHA preferred.
• Current TB Test
• Current CPR
• Current First Aid
• Current Driver's License
• Reliable Car/Car Insurance and Clean Driving History
• Must pass Criminal/Drug Test
• 3 Verifiable Professional References
• English Proficiency
• Must be able to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Upon acceptance of offer all candidates will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• We will train you to be a Personal Care Assistant if you don't have experience.
• Alzheimer's, Dementia or Parkinson's experience is a plus
• Hoyer lift experience preferred, but we will train you.
