About The Position

Shelby Gardens in Cordova is looking for dedicated Personal Care Aides to join their team. This role involves providing supervision and assistance to residents in a way that makes them feel genuinely cared for. The position is full-time, with shifts from 6 am to 6 pm.

Requirements

Ability to provide care, supervision and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
Ability to receive and give shift reports for assigned residents to charge person.
Ability to change linens, collect soiled linens and distribute clean linens as required.
Ability to assist residents in maintaining their room, bathroom and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
Ability to provide direction and assistance with personal care functions including grooming, haircare, shaving, ordinary care of nails, teeth and mouth, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, and eating.
Ability to take and record weights as directed.

Responsibilities
