Requirements
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired government-issued ID)
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or PCA preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
- Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety at all times
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state guidelines)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
