Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel throughout 20 mile radius
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Current Texas CNA certification is a plus
- Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions is a plus
- Refined Professionalism: Articulate, well-spoken, and respectful, with an intuitive understanding of when to provide quiet, mindful presence versus active conversation
