This role is specifically for individuals interested in caring for their loved one as their Personal Care Aide, offering members the opportunity to have someone they know and trust provide their care.

Requirements

Complete the application process for a specific member.
Select 'Apply For A Specific Member' from the drop-down menu.
Locate the 'Apply For A Specific Member' posting in the correct branch office.
Click 'Apply' on the right side of the posting.
Click the 'Type It In Myself' option.
Enter requested information in each required field.
Click the pencil to add missing information where applicable.
In Section 2/7, locate the field labeled 'If Referred Employee or Other' and enter: Member.
Complete all required fields in each section.
Review application for accuracy.
Click 'Sign & submit application'.
Type full name and click 'I agree to submit the application'.
Call the branch office to inform them of the application to care for a loved one.
Complete a separate application specifically for Personal Care Aides via DocuSign after initial application review and telephone interview.
