About The Position
Flagstar Nursing is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to work in a long-term care setting, providing support to residents with activities of daily living. We would love to hear from you and see how we can help you advance your career and earn money while caring for your community!
Requirements
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
- Ability to Communicate Effectively
- Reliable Transportation to worksite location
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship with the residents
- Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
- Help with personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, toileting, bathing)
- Assist with all daily activities, based on the resident’s limitations and needs
