Requirements
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification OR verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A heartfelt desire to help others, paired with a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
- Assisting in the implementation of personalized patient care plans.
- Delivering compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
