About The Position
Devonhouse Senior Living is hiring multiple Personal Care Aides to provide supervision and assistance to residents. The role involves helping residents with personal care while ensuring they feel genuinely cared for, observing and reporting changes in resident status to the appropriate charge person, and honoring resident requests. Positions are available for the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide care, supervision, and assistance to residents.
- Assist residents with grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, walking, and transfers.
- Observe and report changes in resident status to the appropriate charge person.
- Honor resident requests.
