About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate and reliable DSP/HHA/PCA/CNA and Caregivers to take care of clients in their homes. BAYADA offers a Home Health Aide Training Program. Upon completion of the training, there may be an opportunity to join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and begin a career with BAYADA Home Care. The training program covers essential regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for graduates to provide care for adults in practice within our Assistive Care State Programs. Work in your neighborhood and contribute to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for clients in Richland and Lexington Counties. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.
Requirements
- Successfully complete BAYADA's HHA 101 Course

Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
