As a Care Aide, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in long-term care and home settings. Reporting to the Care Manager, your core responsibilities will include personal care, meal preparation, and facilitating daily activities for residents. Your premium skills in first aid, Alzheimer’s care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities will enhance the quality of care provided. With a focus on resident rights and dignity, you will play a vital role in promoting a safe and nurturing environment for all clients. We currently have several openings for part-time employees: Day Shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.) Evening Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) Night Shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Employees are paid a shift differential of $3.00 for working evenings and $2.50 for working nights. Requirements

  • High School Graduates
  • Direct Care Worker certification for Pennsylvania
  • CPR certified

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care and home & community care settings.
  • Proficient in personal care and caregiving techniques.
  • Knowledge of first aid and assisted living practices.
  • Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and memory care.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's.
