Forest Hill Heights Senior Living is looking for dependable and caring Personal Care Aides to join their evening and overnight teams. As a PCA, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs and care plan
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines as needed
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
- Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and meaningful interaction
- Assist with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow care team members to provide excellent resident care
- Follow community policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
- Treat every resident with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect
