About The Position

We are seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We have full-time opportunities available for weekdays and weekends, with shifts of up to 40 hours per week. Positions are available for immediate start. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, hygiene needs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, medication assistance, companionship, and other tasks that support the client’s health, safety, and independence. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing quality care.

Requirements

• CNA certification required for CNA positions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist clients as required
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week
• Available to start ASAP

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping activities
• Assist with medication reminders/dispensing as permitted
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Follow all care plans, health, and safety guidelines
