- Caregiver certificate
- Completion of applicable training courses
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Compassion & understanding of the aging process
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care .
- Provide support, and companionship
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
